1. Introduction

Welcome to Meritavia (meritavia.info). These terms govern your access to and use of our values based leadership economics training offerings. Please read carefully before engaging our services, enrolling in courses, or purchasing merchandise.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. By enrolling or purchasing, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Offerings

3.1 Leadership Engagements

Meritavia provides live and virtual leadership training sessions grounded in economic principles and moral values.

3.2 Digital Education Packages

Our digital education packages include prerecorded modules, workbooks, and supplemental resources.

3.3 Branded Merchandise

Meritavia offers branded goods such as apparel, notebooks, and other tangible items.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to participate respectfully and adhere to the code of conduct provided with each offering.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed securely via credit or debit card. Access to digital materials or scheduling of sessions occurs after full payment.

6. Reimbursement Policy

Meritavia strives for fairness and clarity in our reimbursement procedures. Specific conditions apply based on the type of offering.

6.1 Leadership Engagements

Cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full reimbursement. Cancellations within seven days incur a 50% charge of the session fee. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra fee if requested at least three days in advance.

6.2 Digital Education Packages

Requests for reimbursement may be submitted within fourteen days of purchase provided no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. After this period or threshold, packages are not eligible for reimbursement due to immediate access to digital resources.

6.3 Branded Merchandise

Unused merchandise may be sent back within thirty days of receipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user. Upon receipt and inspection, we issue a reimbursement to the original payment method for the merchandise value only.

7. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain custom workshops, consulting engagements, or material orders requiring significant preparation are non-reimbursable. This policy is necessary due to tailored effort and resource allocation. Such conditions are disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

8. Modifications

Meritavia may modify these terms at any time by posting updated conditions on meritavia.info. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
